As you can see, HTC is presenting to us that TouchFLO 3D is to be known as HTC Sense, UI that was first announced in the HTC Hero unveiling (although the two do not have that much in common).
Be sure to follow our RSS feed and stay tuned for our extensive HD2 video review…
One of the most widely used UI replacements for Windows Mobile devices today is SPB Mobile Shell. If your device is not packed with TouchFlo3D (HTC) or TouchWiz (Samsung), you are left with dull and pointless Windows Mobile default UI. The guys at SPB Software House have recently announced a new and improved version of this UI replacement.
Be sure to try it out, and you’ll be amazed what can be done with your old WM device. Check out the video preview and sample gallery images…
Uveiling of Windows Mobile 6.5 will give us the opportunity to see wonderful new devices on the market – starting tomorrow. On of the most anticipated is of course HTC Leo, and according to our trusted sources, HTC Leo will be officially announced on www.htc.com tomorrow (6. october 2009.). However, this will not be the launch date for Leo, and we’ll have to wait until the end of october/start of november. That of course doesn’t mean that ai.rs readers will have to wait that long. We will have extensive video review during the following weekend.
We bring you the exclusive photos, screenshots and video preview of new HTC flagship device Leo. As you can see, we were right a month ago when we published first accurate renders of Leo. Our specs date from 21. of July, and now we confirm that we were right on that one too. The most controversial part was capacitive screen – and Yes, Leo has one ! Even with Windows Mobile 6.5. Check out the pictures, screenshots. Video preview of Leo follows soon in another post.
Here are some interesting screenshots of WM6.5 and HTC Mega, middle range smartphone with all the expected features. Only drawback is the QVGA screen… See our previous post for specs and photos.
We have received shiny new and improved Samsung I8000 Omnia II with Windows Mobile 6.5 and Samsung TouchWiz 2.0. It feels very fast with 800Mhz CPU, and large AMOLED display with better resolution than previus one. Now there is also an audio 3.5mm jack. We do not like the cover for microUSB socket, and maybe too conventional design.
Enjoy the screen shots of new phone and operating system.
As we announced in our previous post, HTC Leo will be a new high end model from HTC and it will feature Snapdragon 1GHz processor and capacitive 4.3" screen. We expect it in our hands in september and it may hit the stores (or mobile operators) as soon as october. We bring you exclusive photos of the upcoming HTC Leo and confirm our previoust post on specs !
