Company LG have announced the launch of their first 3D notebook (model LG R590 3D) which captures all the benefits of 3D in a portable form factor. In addition to the 3D notebook, LG is introducing a 3D monitor and 3D projector, offering a complete package of 3D products for gaming and movie viewing in one’s home.
First 3D Notebook LG R590 3D with 15.6inch display, powered by Intel I7 CPU and NVidia GeForce GT335M graphics card, features SRS Tru-Surround HD, optional BluRay and TriDef software that connverts 2D video to 3D in real time. It uses polarized glasses (and we hope passive) that will reduce eye fatigue while watching 3D content. It will be launched in Korea this month and globally availabl in the weeks to follow.
Newest LG W63G gaming 3D monitor is already available with full HD, 70,000:1 contract ratio and 120Hz refresh rate will also feature SRS Tru-Surround HD speakers.
Third part of this set is first video beam CF3D with Dual Engine Single Lens with Full HD and 3D support. It also use polarized 3D glasses. Maximum projected image is 200inches, with1250 ANSI lumens brightness (2500 ANSI in 2D mode) and contrast ratio 7,000:1. Good news is that it is shipped with six pairs of polarized glasses so you only need to prepare popcorn yourself.
Good news for all iPhone and iPod Touch users. Well, not for all, because only 3G and 3GS versions of iPhone and 2nd generation od iPod Touch are supported at this time. Now you can charge your devices on the go via solar panels attached to the case of your device. Case itself has integrated battery, and you can charge it with or without connecting the device. Very useful, especialy if you are lost in some African desert, or stranded on some tropical island. You won't get network coverage there, but at least you can listen to music and play games until help arrives
Now, you can have a glimpse at smartphones of tomorrow. Or, should we say: smartwatches. For now, it is only a concept conceived in the mind of designer Susan Cho, but idea is very promissing. Device is equipped with multi-touch screen, GPS, maps, e-mail, contacts, to-do lists, and, at least by the looks of it, a very usable UI. Since this is only the concept, there are no informations on how (or whether) they are planning to cram all those features in relatively small watch, and leave enough space for some decent battery. But, we're holding our fingers crossed
Motorola's new Android smartphone is ready to hit the streets in a few days. It will be available exclusively for Verizon Wireless, and it looks like it will have some rather interesting features. Most prominent of them is certainly slide-out four-row QWERTY keyboard with raised keys. We can only guess how comfortable it will be for prolonged typing, but having numeric keys in their separate row is pretty sweet. Also, there is in-browser support for Flash, and MOTOBLUR interface (aka Blur), with improved integration with social networks (you can simultaneously monitor updates from more than one network, and, also, simultaneously post on them). Lets not forget Google Maps navigation with turn-by-turn voice instructions, and Motorola Phone Portal, very interesting application for browsing your phone's content from your home computer via Wi-Fi.
Other than that, device is packed with Android 1.6, Qualcomm's 600MHz processor, HVGA screen, and 3MP camera.
You can watch demo of Devour, presented by Rick Osterloh from Motorola:

It's packed with Android 2.1 and HTC Sense, Snapdragon processor, 256 MB RAM, 3.5-3.7" WVGA screen (probably AMOLED), optical mouse pointer, and dual LED flash. There are few speculations about the possibility that Incredible is Bravo in reality, over on Phandroid. From the attached video, you can see that the device is really, really fast.
