Could be a dumb question. But Sense or Sense-less? The picture doesn’t show the normal sense interface. The XDA leaker said it had it but Sense wasnt pictured in that catalog either.

December 8th, 2009 at 5:05 pm
Wondering what mobile phone company is going to get this one… anyone?
December 8th, 2009 at 5:14 pm
@VIPER: I’m sure Arnold was referring to a front facing camera for video conferencing.
December 8th, 2009 at 6:34 pm
VIPER, you might be the one who needs to look closer – the complaint is the lack of FRONT FACING in-call camera.
December 8th, 2009 at 8:25 pm
I was disapointed it’s not the biggest screen but compared to other popular phones the display is slightly larger:
Storm 2 = 3.25″ 480×360
iPhone 3GS = 3.5″ 320×480
Will work for me!
December 8th, 2009 at 9:50 pm
I just want THIS!!!
December 8th, 2009 at 11:04 pm
front facing camera for video conferencing????, please!!!!!!!!!!!!, FRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
December 9th, 2009 at 6:29 am
@VIPER: like other dudes said, I’M REFERRING A FRONT FACING VIDEO CALL CAMERA!
ppl already started using voice and video chatting rather thn of simple text. now, FRING is also providing free video call service for android users. this phone is already a monster, if it has a front camera, its like my DREAM come TRUE.
@DukeCA: Bravo screen is not as big as HD2, 4.3″. but trust me, it will be more finger friendly and easy 4 single handed usage. bigger screen than iphone, still smaller than iphone’s size.
December 9th, 2009 at 5:13 pm
This is absolutely perfect phone!!!
HD2’s 4.3″ screen is way to big and makes phone to clunky!
3.7″ is just about right size! 3.5″ would be in line with iPhone, and it’s natural for 2010 phone to have bigger screen!
Also OLE part is AWESOME news!
also design is brilliant, but I would still love same design as Magic, but with this screen
Also real physical buttons is absolutely right decision! There’s nothing worst than have mistakenly touched touch sensitive button! If only they’ve separated back and search button!
Anyhow I’m looking forward to learn about more HTC novelties on ai.rs!!

This might be a stupid question, but I dont see any reference to 3G (or 3.5G) network… seems to me that half of the potential of this phone might be taken out if it doesn’t supply quick web access everywhere…
December 10th, 2009 at 12:13 am
This might be a stupid question: WCDMA/ HSPA is 3g
December 10th, 2009 at 3:26 am
So what kind of battery life will you be able to get with 1 ghz processor? That’s my only reservation about waiting to get the Snapdragon rather than buying the Moto now.
December 10th, 2009 at 10:56 am
hey, will this work on at&t’s 3G network?
December 10th, 2009 at 11:07 am
@ tones44 i’m almost relieved that its not the 4.3 and a clear winner over the Eris. Not to mention that this phone is more of a computer than my first computer a half inch bigger screen that you know is going to run smoothly. with that snapdragon running, 3.7 is going to drain your battery well enough.
sure there maybe another leak for another phone to come out 6 months from now but i can’t live another 6 months with winmo. ever notice how crappy a resistive screen is in the cold?
December 10th, 2009 at 11:53 am
@ Dennis Galletta – HD2 has 1230mAh battery, same processor, and 4.3″ screen and works fine for up to two days, so looks like with 1400 on Bravo we may be able to pull even 3 days…
December 10th, 2009 at 11:22 pm
maybe the Google phone coming
December 11th, 2009 at 8:24 am
released in Japan??
December 11th, 2009 at 4:14 pm
Hi,
I just compared HD2 with iPhone3GS. HD2 is more attractive, but when it comes to using, iPhone performs way better despite smaller screen size and resolution and slower processor.
The only question is how the release of WinMo7 will affect user experience. WinMo 6.5 is designed for using stylus, rather than your finger. But it will definitely be changed in Win7.
What do you think?
December 11th, 2009 at 10:51 pm
Weaksauce – your choice for AT&T/T-Mob will be either the HTC Legend or the Sony Xperia X10. The X10 has a very similar spec to this phone. The Legend is a bit of a step down in processing power but will likely have the better battery life – unless HTC allows us to underclock the Snapdragon.

to die for…look really cool and it got everything i need… bravo..toHTC
December 14th, 2009 at 10:56 am
i read that this is supposed to be out for sprint and the htc passion will be the name of the version released for verizon.
December 14th, 2009 at 7:33 pm
exccelent job from ai.rs team(bravo srbijanci…) how do u get all this unreleased(unanounced) novelties… Would be nice( if ur able to get) to see some novelties of the winmo7, and the andrd2.1, i think they’re both sheduled for mwc2010, atleast in some way announced…
Regarding this HTC- leaving out a front camera is a major flaw(and blow)- and should be took to concideration by HTC cause peoplez dont needed that much, but we all love it… Sense thats 1 thing that iretard started and others look upon like a way to fluck the costs in a bad way… But still, the retard has best screen to date( concidering all parameters) and best UI with some MAJOR issues…
So, in my opp, HTC should do much, much more with the s/ware department, although, maybe thats not their domain, but still they’ve jumped in.
H/ware wise, looks perfect like many of HTC’s stuff, so only time will tell what will the 3.7in screen hold beneath….
Good thing that’s capacitive….
greetings to the AI-team from mkd…
December 17th, 2009 at 11:45 am
So will it be out for Sprint? I really hope so !!
December 18th, 2009 at 3:31 pm
Am I stupid or did anyone noticed the petite 512Mb internal memory? Trust HTC to build fantastic phones but took back some crucial bits. Hero = 90s processor, HD2 = Windows pointless Mobile, and now Bravo = 90s PDA. I waited so long for all these?
December 20th, 2009 at 11:51 pm
man this 1 is perfect. 3.7 inch screen and 1400mAh battery this will last for 3 or 4 days xD
December 22nd, 2009 at 1:28 pm
does anyone know of a decent android ‘phone with a front-facing camera for video calling?
December 22nd, 2009 at 6:13 pm
Are you guys positive about HTC Bravo offered thru Sprint??
I’m due for upgrade in January/ not hip to any current phones besides the Hero but would be estatic if this phone were to be available in spring…
just hope it does not carry same price as hd2
December 23rd, 2009 at 3:17 am
hey yea I agree with polo is it really coming to sprint because i have an upgrade available
December 23rd, 2009 at 5:17 pm
No wonder they didnt include the launcher buttons in the image, Android 2.1 has a totally different launcher and HTC wanted to keep that hidden
December 29th, 2009 at 3:16 am
Bravo! One phone to rule them all !
December 29th, 2009 at 8:34 pm
I wonder, how much will it costs later. Gonna be a bang!
December 31st, 2009 at 9:49 am
theres a new nexus one phone. its 2.1. i think it’ll be better than this one.
January 20th, 2010 at 8:29 am
@di – i dont think so.
January 24th, 2010 at 11:23 pm
The HTC Bravo is listed in Switzerland in our price comparison site:
